    1. hello @normallife The Constitutional Court of Georgia delivered a verdict on july 3rd 2018, which frees marijuana consumers from administrative punishment.
      However, bringing cannabis into tbilisi is considered a crime. you can be charged for drug traffiking and You could be jailed for upto 5years
      so i will suggest you buy weed from local dealers and DO NOT smoke around these places or persons;

      – At and in educational institutions.
      – During the presence of underage people.
      – At the places of public assembly, like public transport and etc
